- There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. Once you exceed the 10 minute grace period, your appointment will be canceled and need to be rescheduled.
- If your first appointment Is a no call no show, you will be BLOCKED from booking any further appointments.
Natural Hair & Makeup Services

- A non refundable deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking in order to secure ALL natural hair services.
- Appointments must be canceled within 48 hours of the original appointment date in order to be eligible to transfer to a new date.
- ALL no call no shows forfeit their deposit and will be charged the FULL Service Total.
- There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments, after 10 minutes, there will be a $20 late fee added to your balance. If you will be late past the 10 minute grace period and have. not contacted your stylist your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
- If your service requires the use of braiding hair, please put your preferred hair color in the 'Appointment Note' section when booking your appointment.

- In the event that a client Is dissatisfied with their barber services the client must say so at the time of the appointment. At this time the barber will attempt to correct the issue and if the client still is not satisfied, the client may request a FULL refund which will be returned IMMEDIATELY via electronic funds transfer.
- In the event that a client is not satisfied with their hair services they are to say so at the time of the appointment preferably prior to the conclusion of the appointment (stylist will check in with client during the course of the appointment to make sure client is satisfied with the progress)
- If during or at the conclusion of the service the client is not satisfied he/she/or they must express this to the stylist and/or the Manager on Duty; At that time the stylist will correct the style or reschedule the client in a timely manner to correct the style by any means necessary. Selecting another available stylist to correct the style is an option.
- If the client declines style correction or rescheduling of the appointment and the style is complete, the client will be responsible for paying for 50% of the service. We value everyone's time and efforts at H.O.G.
*REFUND IS ONLY 50% DUE TO OUR PROGRESS CHECK POLICY - ONCE STYLE IS COMPLETED THERE IS NO FULL REFUND
- In the event that the style unravels, falls out, lifts, etc after you have left the salon and paid full price & it's at no fault of your own; please contact the SALON MANAGER within 24 hrs. At that time you will be offered the option to reschedule a corrective appointment with a new stylist or receive a full refund.
